I've never invested in MLPs before,very recently started getting interested in this sector,so was planning on dipping my toes here, and since both options (regular as well as IRA acct )are available, was debating on which acct to use.This year the amount I'm planning putting in MLPs is so small, that I didn't want to take on any extra side tax hassles,wouldn't be worth the piddly amount,lol. That's the reason I asked about K1 impact.

What's the EX-dividend date for June for AMZA? I didn't find any news release for the month of May either,do they not announce it every month?Thanks.
