Silver, i see nothing in the most recent filing to indicate that the merger had taken place as of the end of 2017. They did the name change, officer change and reverse split, but nothing more.
If you are correct that the merger did take place in 2017, then we are in real trouble because the balance sheet shows only $35k in total assets and the P & L shows zero in revenue.
So this company has no operations.
