I am not 100% sure. However, the CEO is keeping it active at NVSOS and has indicated they are looking for a RM candidate.He indicated the O/S is 43 million still and that they still have active wells that bring in some income.

I am buying and holding at these levels. You can see how thin this is and no signs of dilution.
