......rumors that there was a case against the JADA shell company (investors defrauded via former management) and that the case was dropped - so maybe this is why it is active? we were investors in this SCAM wen there were actual assets inside of the company.....many many years ago. we believed that they would distribute the cash to the investors. we had been successful before..... and they liquidated the "assets" and went dark...... so years later j.arcaro resuscitated the dead shell, which is his specialty - but there was an investor group that believed the assets were real - fat chance! another chi-scam gone bad - so whatever it is now you can bet it won't be anything else for some time.....
