I saw that too, and my initial response was "Yeesh". And that's why I'm holding off till after the dilution period. In my case, it's good, because my ticker is rising in pricing, bit by bit. I tend to run where people are fleeing, and would like to do so by selling part of my investment at a higher price with my current ticker, then scoop up the cheapies of this one......
