Diddy... ..a Fixed Royalty Fee doesn't seem like they quite got the Bull by the Horns .. to me

Here is a question..

Does being "fully licensed under" ASD's patent mean that our patent is strengthend against infringment claims of future other companies patents...if they say we infringed on them at a later date?

That ASD and Valimed are somewhat now teamed together..

No other company will be able to invent a "Pharmacy model" under the "Working Pharmacy Model" Patent that ASD holds using it's own NIR rays and it's Patent still encompassing all the other rays.

That ASD's Patent will be Strengthed because of our UV Patent we will be holding?

I know it isn't cross licensing (kinda) but if you take a look at the licensing defined there are a few different definitions that are granted under patents.
