Split was approved in 2017, same situation like MYD- when they sought out a R/S but it was cancelled by the Board.
Nowhere in the filings does it say that the R/S was approved by the board
I’m trying to dive a little further into this one based solely on the killer float here being a mid Trips stock
There is also a large debt of 30 million and if this can be carried forward that intrigues me cause only a big revenue generating company would be interested in DEAC
So something is up here and I’m thinking I’m going to take a starter
