Thanks Punisher. Keep us all informed if you hear anything. In my view, the financials they submit in the next month or so will be no different from the ones they filed in December. As of the end of December, which was after the officer change, name change and reverse split, the financials clearly showed that the company was still nothing more than an empty shell.
Since the stock has shown little to no volume and has moved down since that time, and since we have seen no press releases or found news of any kind indicating the deal has been completed, I can't imagine that EAIN is not still an empty shell. Obviously that could change at any time, but I don't think it has changed yet.
