Forgive my ignorance, but who is AB? don't want to make assumptions.

I don't read that AB is in talks with APRU. I read that Southern Eagle Distributors are share holders AS WELL AS distributors for the Apple Rush product. The owners of Southern Eagle happen to have the last name of Busch. They also distribute Corona and other Constellation brands.... this doesn't mean that Apple Rush is in talk with STZ. Unable to locate SEC filings on this company. Looks like a rather small operation, but, interesting none-the-less.
