I am not sure they would be able to do that. The case is just calling out the violation of patents, Apple already tried to fight the patents and lost in the IPR's. Unless these are NEW patents that werent challenged that would be the only way. IMO

And voila! One of the big monkey wrenches I said would appear. This will likely add a couple additional years to your "PATIENCE" meter. It might be in the form of more IPRs or or simply more to fight in court which takes more time & money, etc etc. Dilution to go up. Price to come down more. Of course be prepared to have it explained how this will speed things up because it will further force Apple to cave. Ring around the rosey....
