It's having a negative effect on INTC as well.

So far the negative looks minimal - only down 5 or 6 cents after hours. I was hoping for an Apple boost, but that looks like it's not to be...

INTC/AMD crossover may happen soon

Speaking of crossovers, Intel 50 day moving average is on the verge of crossing positively over its 200 day MA with the stock price above both. This is very bullish in technical terms (assuming one believes in TA).

Also, AMD after hours volume, I am guessing, is about 14+ million shares, with strong volume (i.e. support) at 21.
