I was looking towards a pps of around $12 by end of year or early 2007 and then higher.. Maybe a bit longer now but I have felt things would be good.. If the figures you mention come anywhere close to those levels, my expectations should be wildly exceeded and celebrated..

About the only thing in my mind more exciting, would be cruising down the thruway about 95 mph, with Christine in her new Jaguar!!!

Thanks Walrus, as Sonny posts, Trendwest have 580,000 rooms, but I understand it is only the Time share ones at present, is that your understanding as well or have you heard it may go over to the other 562,000 rooms if they are happy with the 18000 rooms?
