Yes I read the date. And the very same clients appear on the other site that was copied.

Honda was not a new client and is probably questionable as to what that actual client relationship is.

The point being while they supposedly had Honda as a supposed client Honda was fined - it is still the same company that was supposedly acquired by this company. They simply copied info from the old company website to the new one.
