1) Why are they going dark?
2) How does going dark benefit the investor?
3) Will the new acquisitions be accretive from day 1?
4) How much additional dilution will occur in order to sustain and grow the business?
5) When will they go back onto the OTC as a fully-reporting company?
6) What is the likelihood that they will be profitable and self- sustainable in 2018?
7) Why does no one answer the IR line and why do they never respond to investor inquiries?
