Not much BGFT headroom remains to dilute.

What a dramatic BGFT CHART waterfall from January 1,2018 to current


Have to wonder considering current 0.00040 PPS and $200K Market Cap. if BGFT mgmt. has paperwork in pipeline to R/S.


Certainly not appealing to absorb BGFT shares amid rampant dilution



Will be interesting to get the current BGFT share count on Tuesday from the Transfer agent
