Money...there has been a lot of shady trading across the entire penny market screwing companies and shareholders for years.

The toxic holders were able to short ahead of their conversions, cover with 50% discount shares, than pump and dump. Others run pumps ahead of their conversions giving them 20 day look backs to the lowest trading day and getting 50% discounts, than give these pumpers free trading shares or pay 3rd parties cash to pump.
The scam has been perpetrated by these clearing firms, brokers and toxic note holders for too long!!
Retail has been scammed for many years.
Than throw into the mix contrarians who attack shareholders 24/7 with supposedly no financial stake.
