$ICOA I know nothing and it's frustrating.


Look at my post last February, and then my
most recent post about 1/4 billion shares
trading last week.


NOTHING CAN'T BE HAPPENING, DAMMIT ! ! !
( Way too many shares for nothing )


Therefor something IS HAPPENING ! ! !


But what ? . . . Dunno .


Ten million shares is a good amount of
shares to have, 10,000,000 at $0.0001,
to be well-placed for the something that
is gonna happen .


1,000,000 shares is just not enough, IMO.
