They don't have a trading division yet as far as I know. Longer term, they are targeting between $20 and $50M net income. The only reason why they are doing it is because they want to have some stand-alone income for TRW in Hong Kong. It helps the pre-IPO or IPO or whatever.
As far as financing goes, I think that's what some of the credit lines are for which they mentioned in the filings.
