OWCP will release news when something newsworthy is accomplished. They cannot wait until the JF investigation is complete. First of all the investigation has nothing to do with the company, and second of all when something material is finalized they have 4 business days to release the news to shareholders according to the SEC. They can't wait weeks or months... nor should they.
