Well.. that pretty much does it folks. With that thing called a 10K filed on Monday... were it a real compliant document, a simple phone call to the otcbb on Tuesday would have put CSHDE on today's daily list for the E to come off. The conclusion we can draw from this is that the NASD is not going to accept that bogus document in lieu of a real filing.
I am pretty sure mine was not the only phone call demanding that they actually read that joke of a document before pulling the E. Apparently they did and now it looks like Rufus is gonna have to do something he never has done before in his life. He's gonna have to file a legitimately audited and combined financial statement with an honest to goodness 10K.
Like that'll happen anytime soon.
