more than one occasion about filing FINS he stated were already completed.
It is FACT someone who “alleged” to be in the know of this DARK ticker claimed Texas filings were in process and fees were paid. That was over a week ago. Of course this source also stated Texas didn’t have an automated system and they still aren’t in good standing, so should we simply ignore that?
It is FACT an APRU website shows there are nearly 22 BILLION OS, which gives this non-reporting entity about a $650MM market cap.
So what has SE invested exactly? Are they shareholders of APRU and what do they say about the market cap?
Or are they owner of a % of the brand?
Let’s see some disclosure ie.....NUMBER FACTS if everything is a peachy as you claim. My guess is the dump fest starts as soon as the FINS hit. Apparently they have no incentive to inform shareholders at this juncture, not even fiduciary responsibility is important to them.
And didn’t you suggest the OS count provided by the company was wrong? Where is the correct info you claim exist?
