Why is OS increasing, Q1 was profitible and Capex on hold, is it shares that was already promised?

I just made a summary of the past few months. For us who are on the sidelines, it probably makes a lot of sense to wait for this to stop before taking any positions.

Another speculation is that the ex dividend date will be announced in October, just as last times. My bet is that SIAF will definitely not back out of it but a lot of investors will have lost faith in it ever being paid out by then, hence lower share prices during the summer and early fall.
