The delisting was for NVMG preceeding a 1 for 10,000 reverse merger. Trading symbol changed to NAGP but was placed under a global lock at that time as was unable to be traded because of SEC issues (2010)

NAGP was recently delisted recently with no remedial plan in place and I should remind everyone that the previous "plan" was to decrease everyone's shares by a factor of 10,000...if that works for you than more power to ya
