As stated, they are a fledgling company with delays, MANY companies have delays. Some movies have been filmed by major studio's and were never released. If you watched project green light on TV you would see that they had completed the movie Feast and conducted screenings years ago. It was finally released in theatres this fall.
The fact that this company actually films and completes projects rather than just talking about them is encouraging.
What is the ruling/laws (if any) if it is absolutely certain that the principal of the company is posting on a message board of their company. It is in violation of SEC rules? Laws?
