I would think that Colorcon already has an order(s) or they would not have signed the contract and provided milestone payments of 1.5M. After all this time, my guess is that they are ready to go! The question now is whether there will be a "formal" review (30 days?) by the FDA or not since our excipient is GRAS and used in the coating of tablets. We should know the answer over the next couple of weeks.
