Am I reading your last sentence correctly? You continue to believe that Halitron stock will reach $.01 with 10 billion shares in the outstanding share count? That means halitron will have a market capitalization of $100,000,000. In simpler terms - means that investors &/ halitron would have put $100,000,000 into the stock.
I don't see halitron being worth $100,000,000 - if ever.
A reverse split at .01 would only be done to uplist to a higher stock tier than OTC QB. Think NASDAQ. But this company is millenniums away from ever qualifying for that.
Look at the wording ... RS not planned ... doesn’t mean they won’t plan one later could explain why they aren’t buying back a large amount of shares to reduce the SS imo
