Actually I was fairly certain ERHC would disclose that number after they told us the 18.8% at the shareholder meeting. It was material information and once some shareholders knew it, ERHC was required by law to disclose it to everybody.

But, like so many times in the past, ERHC did not disclose it. So I did. I am glad I did. And I would do it again whenever I see a company making selective disclosure to a small group of shareholders. REAL investors should have been happy to have the information to make an informed investment decision unstead being kept in the dark like a mushroom.
