OWCP was required to provide the information in either a 10-K, 10-Q or a 8-K to announce the SEC investigation.

If the SEC investigation had been completed and OWCP exonerated - then OWCP would file a 8-K to acknowledge it.

Sorry, but the SEC investigation is ongoing and I know the results because the SEC was very clear in that OWCP was complicit in the fraud.
