nah, I dwell on the present filings...(like no share converting until 2019....1 1/2 years..yes 1 1/2 years from now and cash on hand since May 21st) Those old filings were then and this is now...go RNVA!
One can't try to do DD using only partial information, by omission, on the article you just posted. I thank you for that article, so I posted the parts that were omitted that were from RNVA's viewpoint....the buyer of the hospital.

Also, appreciate you getting the dirt on these hospitals, but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter to many of us here.

For very short-term/day traders on RNVA, obviously doesn't mean squat. They don't work off of fundamentals here like you might.

For myself, I'm sticking around longer-term. I'm willing to wait and see if things can turn around.

Fabulous if everyone actually does research. There's plenty about these hospitals and troubled Rennnova on the web and especially at www.SEC.gov.
