Not sure blaming him is the real answer. After all he has not been afraid to replace the CEO three times. The only criticism perhaps is that he maybe is overimpressed by Princeton and JD degrees.

IF he would pick a top school MBA, maybe we could run ADXS like the cash poor development stage company it is, instead of imagininig it is another BP like merck. Cut Noelle, Rayna and 50% of personel, roll back the nonmerit raises, and focus on getting cash rich deals done.

Sidransky might just do that if Ken can't get it together soon. At the very least, he ought to make sure the CFO has real chops, not another Bonstein.
