Gannon and his flunkies do this when they need money, they know they’ll trap a few uninformed traders. A bold attempt to manipulate the stock and its “investors” - Typical Gannon Giguiere. Not to forget the $0.02 cent trade to mark yesterday’s close - more manipulation.

Interesting to note, it appears they’ve issued another approximately 2.3 Billion shares since they quit filing.
