I just have a feeling a Marketwired PR is coming in regards to Local Planet.

Last year they did several PR's thru the Newswires, and we haven't seen one since June 16th of 2017(so we're overdue for one). $UCPA becoming shareholder of Local Planet officially before the end of the month should be considered "material change" to the value of UCPA where it should be publicly released immediately when it happens IMO.


On a side note: Our CEO continues to be a huge player in the media business.

He will be a judge for Cannes Lions 2018 awards. FYI, Google, and other huge advertising companies receive awards there.
