Those selling tomorrow will take the loss, because there will be rebound buying shortly after, to probably be back around $2 til 1st Qtr is posted, and stop sign removed, so sell tomorrow for a $1 and lose, or hold, the choice is up to the holder of the stock, remember the patent wasnt approved til Feb 2018, who knows when china has or will approve license to sell, maybe they have in the last 5 months,

I'm certainly expecting tomorrow will be a red day but likely not off a cliff like some think. The annual wasn't anything to get excited about but many of us, for better or worse, still see potential and will hold to see what the 1st quarter financials bring.
