Its not really heavily promoted? Some days maybe, but even then months ago before anything happened it had low volume. But then its got a low float too. Anytime it moves up or down there is a huge jump in price, not like most pennies

when i do google searches, i read a lot more un-promotion than promotion on this ticker.
