A Form 15 is not “private”, that is simply de-registering. They became an OTC pink using the Alternative reporting standard.

So they are simply a non-filer....non-registrant.

$LSCG did a 1-10,000 RS, and then a 10,000 - 1 FS. Which got rid of any very small shareholders....other shareholders stayed the same......
