You actually may be generous using the term "management" for an employee-less incorporation. 3 directors, no employees, no revenues, blah, blah...

Duct tape holding this together; I'm not counting on anything, but Honeycomb Digital does have many large clients - reportedly anyway. They are doing all the work, maybe Honeycomb management can market this to one of them. I don't know why else they would still be in it.

I noticed, buried in the Annual Report, is management's failure to maintain internal controls. (Note: Can't have any separation of duties with no employees, duh!).
