Other things he has done..NOUV has gone from .0002 to .0089 while he was CEO prior to Jeff Burns and now Chapman is back at the helm so I expect history to repeat itself in due time..Even if NOUV rises to half that old high it's worth buying & holding imo and that's not even adding to the fact that there hasn't been a R/S here either.
