Wheels, for what its worth I check this multiple time a day and do appreciate any positive information you post.

All of your points are very well taken, and from a PR perspective, positioning of information could be stronger.

I also apprciate the positive information-- at least it can be verified through the website, past news or other sources. Wheelsdown, thank you for posting that. In comes MIMI--I don't mind negative information as long as the same rules apply. I dont think someone should say the company ran off with our money without being able to back that up.
Do your research and if they ran off with our money, say so, but at least know where their office is!
