Do you find it concerning that you have never seen this device heading for primetime? There are top secret military weaponry leaked or deliberately shown to the masses. Why the secrecy? What's the name of the contracted company for product development? Any further mention of them? There's way more questions than answers IMO. Kal himself said "We believe we can be Court Certifield within 9 to 12 months."

"We believe..." is not a definitive statement IMO and it's definitely not in black and white (News Release/Monthly Report/MD&A). Instead we get a radio show to hang our hats on. Just great.
