I think it's Nestbuilder shareholders dumping, but have to acknowledge the possibility of some incremental dilution. That said, the market has completely ignored the very positive ramifications of entering the branded beverage business. Gross margins in that segment can be as high as the low 60s and EBIT margins can be over 30%. The fact that Anshu got distribution with 2800 stores is phenomenal given he has no balance sheet strength to lean on. It's a great category to lead with in terms of building the Verus branded product set.

The CT order was a non-issue. Redacting the pricing in contracts makes perfect sense. If anyone sold on that, they didn't take time to read and sold at fire sale prices.

This has certainly been a tough stock to own, but most startups go through trials and tribulations.
