I personally think that your ice cream melted BUT a happy medium would be holding off to the 5/31 date. Give em the long weekend to ponder things if they choose IMO.

If he/they pillage the company - it will be traced and then, I do think jail time could really happen. They can't be surprised and should have known it was coming. I view LTG post as warning shot #2 and they have 3 days (T,W,TH) to change things.

And you are correct; I do not represent all the shareholders. Unlike management, I believe in letting the shareholders know what is going on. What they choose to do with that info is up to them. I am letting you know what is coming if they don't get their shit together very, very soon. Unlike you, I don't consider holding management accountable a waste of time.

Unless something concrete happens by May 31st, that complaint is getting filed.
