Clarus is the company that has handled the past 2 private placements. I'm sure that they got paid to do that in some form.

Here's what i see, when and if KNT produces a million ounces they will pay 65 million to Barrick if this is done within the 10 year limit. It does not look like this will happen and I think barrick is not happy about it because they gave this possible 10 billion$$$$$
