There is plenty of hemp seeds and clones available in North Carolina. Most hemp farmers in North Carolina have already begun planting. But apparently a few that were counting on Bruce Perlowin and HEMPINC for seeds haven’t received seeds or planted yet.
I’m not aware of this rumor you speak of and have seen no statements claiming that no farmers in North Carolina have planted hemp yet. Maybe a misunderstanding on your part.
