The current 10-Q report is actually very bad due to Very Negative financial balance sheet: the Book Value crashed 92.61% to $0.136 from the previous quarter's $1.84 per share and the Cash Value crashed 70.82% to $0.645 from the previous quarter's $2.21 per share!
Which was why NSPR crashed to $1.08 from $1.48! Hopefully its current Bottom price $0.99 could hold strong support in the coming correction period...
View the 10-Q report (see the link below) by yourself if there is any doubt. Don't forget to use the current OS (as of May 4, 2018: 6,449,832 shares) to calculate both BV and CV.
By the way where did you get those institution's ownership and floating shares data? I doubt both numbers because they both should be much much lower in reality!
