Amen brother!!! there is a direct correlation between the stock price and what is happening fundamentally. it doesn't matter the size of the company, big or small. look at GE which is basically in the toilet. that company's stock was $32 a share in January of last year and has been losing value down to $14 today!!! so the stock was telling you that things were deteriorating over a year ago long before revelations surfaced about the missteps management had been taking.the stock price is a true barometer of what is happening on a fundamental level and without any independent confirmation of what management is putting out (no word from vodafone)(no word from canaccord on financing) it is strictly without merit and thusly the stock is reflecting that lack of credibility. years have passed and many promises from management never delivered!!!!!

I think the reasoning here is misplaced. 5barz has been struggling because they don't have the money move things forward faster, not necessarily because they lack integrity. Money, delivering, and an appearance of integrity or lack thereof go hand in hand. And their inability to deliver is a direct result of a lack of funds. Hopefully that is about to change.

They are delivering on very small quantities, as funds have allowed. As As I See It has pointed out on numerous occasions, the company got behind the 8 ball with toxic financing last year. That is over now, and they are working with Cannacord to do an IPO in Canada, and raise a significant amount of funds which will allow the company to fulfill more orders and generate revenue. This is a meaningful positive.
