Read the 10-Q. Massive multimillion dollar increases in shareholder deficit’s, and despite the acquisitions, Quarter over Quarter, DIRV’s operational losses are more than 100% larger in the latest Quarter vs the same Quarter of 2017. DIRV’s financial model is fatally flawed, and I rate DIRV a strong sell.
