Rimrock is FAR from "debt-free". They have a LOT of debt.

They also remain seriously delinquent in their SEC filing obligations. The stock can be suspended, and then revoked, by the SEC at any time without warning.

RMRK can very easily be completely worthless tomorrow. Forever.
