That's my point, they don't have the housing built and there isn't much close by. Do some DD. This is just the next truck CC is trying to pull off to get people there. They have failed for decades. Check the videos I posted. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's improbable.
I couldn't think of a worse place for them to go after a license.
