Unfortunately StrongBio's statements are fake. He wrote in October that NantBio IPO's expecting in May. Now he corrected, that the L.A.T. article was PRd in May 2017, as everybody saw. I asked him several times about it, but not answered just today. I hope Soon will RM after 07/27, and we could vote it at the annual meeting on 08/09. Big question is the price. H.C.W. increased target price to $4.5. I think Pietro's estimation is real mathematically, not regarding manipulations around CytRx. Eric Curtis have got more than 10%, but unknown the exacte rate, nor share price. He filed before the DO, so it might cca. $1.90
I hope ASCO effect will work in June, but I expect a jump up 07/27 - 08/09, when big things could happen after $3.03 warrants & NantCell 15% limit expiring. I don't have estimation of LADR positions, maybe they are on way now. So I think you could forget to buy at $1.25. Never mind!
