Gig-we've been noticing 25% big block buys for weeks and now we know it was Wessal. They can't just come in and swamp the market. 125mm at 25% of the volume or about 4mm a day would take 31 days - conceivable they may be almost done anyway. Holding the A/F's so an insider can get more at a cheaper price doesn't sound plausible or legal. After 50mm shares they are insiders remember and I'm sure they're past that. Besides, since they know what's about to happen I don't believe they're that concerned with the current price when dollars are on the horizon. Smart move at any price under .20 or even .50 JMO
